Stay with LoyaltyLion if…
- You're under 400 orders a month and the free plan covers what you need.
- You want a dedicated onboarding team and deep Klaviyo flows.
- You run multiple physical locations on Shopify POS.
Habit is a better fit if…
- You've outgrown the free plan but $199 a month, or a custom quote, is more than loyalty earns you today.
- You want one price that doesn't depend on order volume.
- You want automatic refund reversals and a one-click cancel.
What you give up with Habit
- Habit is new. It launched on the Shopify App Store in September 2026, so it has far fewer reviews and a shorter track record.
- There's no free plan. The 30-day free trial is how you evaluate it.
- Habit covers online orders. It doesn't support Shopify POS or in-store points yet.
- Fewer integrations than the established apps.
