• Customer data: With your permission, Habit accesses customer names, email addresses, order history, and loyalty activity to calculate points, tiers, and referrals.
• Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and error logs to help us maintain and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide the loyalty program service, process points and rewards, send program-related emails to your customers on your behalf, improve the app, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Habit, such as hosting and email delivery services. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data retention

We retain merchant and customer data for as long as your Habit account is active. If you uninstall the app, we begin a deletion process for customer loyalty data within 30 days, subject to legal or billing retention requirements.
